Accommodation Booking & Cancellation Policy Applies to: Guest Rooms, Cottage, and Cabin-Style Studio Reservations
All bookings must be secured with valid payment details at the time of reservation. A confirmation email will be issued once the booking is successfully completed.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Amendments Changes to bookings (dates, number of guests, accommodation type) are subject to availability. Amendments requested within 48 hours of arrival may incur additional charges.
Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur a fee.
Payment Full payment may be taken: At the time of booking, or Within 48 hours prior to arrival
Security & Damages Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The property reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacement, or excessive cleaning if necessary.
House Rules No smoking inside any accommodation units. No parties or events without prior approval. Guests must respect noise levels, especially during quiet hours.
